This graceful confluence of cultures is showcased in this unique and enriching tour.


Day 1
Arrival at Tokyo
A warm welcome in Tokyo, and overnight stay.
Day 2
Tokyo
Spend the day sightseeing in Tokyo, from the comfort of a private car.
Visit the Tsukiji Fish Market and districts like Asakusa that carry an air of ancient Japan. You can feel the mood of the Edo era as you pass through its streets and old establishments, shops and temples. Enjoy the allure of the Imperial Palace gardens and then move forward to the newer parts of Tokyo like Roppongi and Omotesandō that boast modern architecture, stores and popular nightlife. Culminate your tour with a visit to the Ginza area, the Mecca of Tokyo’s upmarket shopping.
Day 3
Tokyo (Full day excursion to Mt. Fuji & Hakone)
A private car will drive you to Mt. Fuji – a symbol of Japan’s natural wealth and a vision of beauty through all four seasons, and to Hakone, where you will find yourself surrounded by picturesque vistas, onsens, volcanoes, glassy lakes, and world-class art museums.
Day 4
Tokyo – Kyoto
You will leave for Kyoto by bullet train, where you will tour the city and take in the sights following your arrival in Japan’s erstwhile capital and current cultural core.
Day 5
Kyoto
Spend the day sightseeing in Kyoto and immerse yourself in the pink allure of cherry blossoms at the Kyoto Imperial Palace and the Heian Jingū Shrine. Kyoto boasts numerous other important, ancient and interesting sites too!
Day 6
Nara
Spend the day sightseeing in Nara, Japan’s first, permanent capital. Second only to Kyoto in its repository of cultural gems, Nara will reveal its splendours through its numerous temples, shrines and abundant nature. You will also learn about Japanese traditional crafts and swords.




Day 7
Kyoto – Naoshima
Enjoy a private transfer to Naoshima by car and then ferry.
Naoshima is an island town in the Seto Inland Sea that is best known for its contemporary art galleries and relaxed atmosphere.
Day 8
Naoshima
Spend the day visiting museums in Naoshima and nearby islands where other art museums are located, and soaking in contemporary art and architecture.
Day 9
Naoshima – Osaka
Enjoy a private transfer to Osaka by ferry and private car.
Day 10
Leaving Osaka
You will be transferred to the airport by sedan.
